Sweet Clementines

Our new espresso.

A natural processed Caturra from Planadas, in the Tolima region of Colombia. It comes from producer associations of around 175 coffee-farming families, grown between 1,500 and 2,150 metres on volcanic soil.

The cherries are dried in the sun on raised beds and patios, and checked four times a day until they are ready.

In the cup, our team found a sweet, citrus acidity and warm spice. That is where the name comes from.
